WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES ART& DESIGN STUDIO ACCEPT
We accept Master Card, Visa and PayPal. At this point, we do not accept personal checks, cash or money order.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX
All orders shipped in Ontario are charged HST.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU GIFT WRAP IT?
Yes, if you would like a gift enclosure included in your order, please let us know and we will gladly include a gift note with the order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Photographs will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of your order/cleared payment and CUSTOM canvases will ship within 3 WEEKS from the date of your order/cleared payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - please ask.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WILL THERE BE TRACKING?
All orders will be shipped from Canada using Canada Post regular mail service. Please allow time for delivery. Standard shipping time is 3-5 days within Canada once your piece is ready to leave the studio and a minimum of six days to the US. International orders (especially Australia) take a minimum of six weeks to three months to arrive. If you need your item by a specific date, please inquire the rate for a faster courier timeframe before ordering. Unless you upgrade to expediated shipping, there is no tracking number.
IMPORTANT: We can not guarantee a delivery timeframe on orders outside of Canada. Orders can be held at customs and unless tracking is purchased, we have no idea of knowing where your order is. Ensure you check with your post office. We will not reship items before three months leeway of shipping has past

We make every attempt to accurately display all colours shown in this Web site. However colours may vary slightly depending on the monitor they are viewed on.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custon nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exhanges. If there an error due to a mistake on our part, we will ship you a corrected replacement.
