Inspired by the beauty in the world around her, Tara's art focuses on intimate details and the purity of simple, natural elements. The incorporation of text with art developed from her love with the interplay - both words and art individually evoke emotion responses but together they can be uplifting, spiritual and inspiring. By combining something that is minimal and simple, yet full of deep meaning, her goal is to create keepsakes that will endure through time and connect with the human spirit.
Her work has been exhibited throughout the Toronto area and can be found in several personal and corporate collections. Tara received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University in Toronto. In 2005 she established the award-winning Art & Design Fine Art Photography which offers fine art portrait photography. In 2007 she created the Art & Design Studio division which offers photographic art and personalized prints.
